1. Hosting

This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 44 Montgomery Street, Suite 300, San Francisco, CA 94104, USA. When you visit the website, Netlify processes technical server log data (IP address, timestamp, page accessed, browser type). 2. Beta Signup (Contact Form)

The beta access request form is processed via Netlify Forms. We collect: name, email address, role, number of direct reports, current note-taking tool (optional). This data is used solely to manage the beta waitlist and communicate about Peoplelane. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures). Data is deleted when no longer needed for this purpose.

3. Web Analytics

This website uses Umami Analytics (umami.is), a privacy-friendly analytics service by Umami Software Inc. Umami uses no cookies, stores no personal data, and creates no cross-device profiles. Only aggregate usage data is collected (pages visited, referrer, device type). IP addresses are not stored. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in improving the website).
