This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 44 Montgomery Street, Suite 300, San Francisco, CA 94104, USA. When you visit the website, Netlify processes technical server log data (IP address, timestamp, page accessed, browser type). 2. Launch notification
When you submit the form, you ask Oliver Gepp to email you the Mac App Store link when Peoplelane launches. Netlify Forms processes your email address, selected language and signup purpose, along with the submission timestamp. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time by emailing support@peoplelane.app; this does not affect processing before withdrawal. We remove your launch-list entry after the notification has been sent or when you withdraw consent. Previous beta requests are kept separately under their original purpose and can also be deleted on request.
3. Web Analytics
This website uses Umami Analytics (umami.is), a privacy-friendly analytics service by Umami Software Inc. Umami uses no cookies, stores no personal data, and creates no cross-device profiles. Only aggregate usage data is collected (pages visited, referrer, device type). IP addresses are not stored. Insofar as this involves processing outside Switzerland or the European Economic Area, we rely on the safeguards provided by Umami Software Inc. (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in improving the website). Privacy policy: umami.is/privacy
